Self-Contained Programmable Flush Valve
The FLOWTECH FT-1000 is a self-contained, battery powered, diaphragm actuated, control valve providing fully automated operation based on a predetermined program, set by the user. The FT-1000 is designed to be ideal for your system flushing needs where water turnover is required to meet your state’s health standard requirements.
What it does
- Flushes static water when turnover is important
- Automatic and Manual control allows for easy and automated control
- While in operation, back pressure is sustained by the stem limiter to prevent the loss of system pressure
- Includes 0-160 PSI gauge to view current back pressure during operation
- Uses a fully adjustable closing speed to prevent surges
Fully Programmable
Programming is fast and easy via the LCD display. The digital control pilot of the FT-1000 can run up to 9 programs per day. This allows the starting and stopping of the valve up to 9 times per 24 hour period with cycles ranging anywhere from 1 minute up to 4 hours per cycle. This allows for the flexibility of running the FT-1000 for any duration imaginable to meet any users needs.

The FT-1000 is lined and coated with a NSF listed fusion bonded epoxy and trimmed in 316 stainless steel. The digital control pilot is made of ABS and nylon plastic construction for added life. The digital control pilot also comes with a protective cover not shown.
