The Autobox is a comprehensive system designed to monitor and control pilot operated valves and pumps virtually anywhere.
The Autobox can be easily retrofitted into virtually any existing diaphragm (pilot) operated control valve installation by using push-in quick connectors and pneumatic flexible hose. The IP68 enclosure protects it from water and dust. And its external SIM-card slot permits field insertion and removal of the SIM-card without the risk of exposing the electronics to the elements.
What it does
The Autobox can also be used as a pump controller. It is ideal for remote pump operation, monitoring and analysis
Its main functions are:
- Pump startup and shutdown.
- Discharge and suction pressure reading
- Flow rate readings
- Problem detection: Lack of water, electricity, equipment malfunction, etcetera.
Controls and monitors a diaphragm (pilot) operated valve to reduce a higher inlet pressure to a lower outlet pressure, variable in relation to flow demand or preprogrammed time parameters.
Controls and monitors a diaphragm (pilot) operated valve to fully close or fully open, following a remote end user’s command, a local signal (alarm) or pre-programmed event.

Software
The Autobox web-based software is a comprehensive tool that in conjunction with the Autobox controller allows end users to monitor, program and operate valves, tanks and pumps remotely. The web-based software can be accessed with any internet capable device like Computer Desktops, Lap-Tops, Net-Books, Tablets and Smart Phones.
The client has the option of using the web interface or purchasing the software and place it in their own server so that it can be accessed through an intranet.
